Tickets

Ticket are valid time to time for 48h and can only be used on 2 consecutive days.
Tickets are valid for both routes (red and blue).

Boat ticket are valid for 7 days after the day of redemption.

What is the child policy?

A child ticket is available for children aged between 4 and 12 years inclusively. Children aged 3 years and under may travel free of charge when accompanied by a dedicated adult. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

We do not have specific room for stroller. Please use only a foldable stroller when coming with baby.

How do I redeem my ticket?

Show your printed ticket to a member of staff at one of our stops or aboard the bus. They'll issue you a receipt that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity of your ticket.

You cannot access the boat cruise tour if you do not redeem your ticket on board the bus first.

Do I need to specify a date of travel?

All the tour tickets, unless specified, are open dated, meaning you can travel on any day within 6 months of purchase. If you purchase a ticket that offers validity for more than 1 day, you must travel on consecutive days.

What time do tours start and finish?

Depending on the time of the year and on the boarding point, tours start between 9:30am and 8:30pm. To complete the full route back to your start point, you should board before 5pm, as after this time, tours terminate at the Opera.

Are the buses wheelchair accessible?

A third of our fleet has wheelchair access on the lower deck, and we try to run these vehicles evenly throughout our service. Please contact us for further information. Please contact the Big Bus Information Centre (+33 (0)1 42 61 24 64) to have the list of our wheelchair accessible fleet on your day of travel.

Is there a commentary in my language?

The Big Bus Paris sightseeing tour offers recorded commentary in your choice of either English, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, German, Japanese, Arabic, Brazilian Portuguese, Korean or Mandarin. The commentary is available through complimentary earphones.

Can I travel on Big Bus during bad weather?

In winter, part of our fleet is covered. During all the year, some buses from our fleet are half covered.
Any time of the year, in case of rain, Big Bus provide customers with free poncho.

Are dogs and suitcases allowed on Big Bus Buses?

Dogs are allowed in a small basket and hold on leash
Suitcases are not allowed aboard the buses

River Cruise

Les Bateaux Parisiens 1-hour river cruises depart from Port de la Bourdonnais, 75007 Paris (near Stop #1: Eiffel Tower)
Check in at pontoon No. 3.

Cruises Operate:
From 09h June till 30th June
Friday – Saturday - Sunday
1st cruise at 12 :00 and last departure at 21 :00; departure every hour

From 01st July till 31st August cruises operate daily
1st cruise at 12 :00 and last departure at 21 :00; departure every hour

Duration

The cruise route is a one-hour full circuit. You will therefore disembark at the same dock as boarding, at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, Deck 3, quai de la Bourdonnais.

Commentary

Recorded comments are available via audio guide or via smartphone in French, English, Spanish, German, Italian, Mandarin, Russian, Korean, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Arabic, Indian, and Dutch. Special comments for kids (8 to 14 years old).

Please note: A valid COVID CERTIFICATE is required to board the cruises. This means proof of full vaccination (2 doses + 14 days), OR proof of a negative PCR/antigen test no older than 48h, OR proof of a positive PCR/antigen test that demonstrates 14 days have passed since full recovery from Covid-19. Certificates can be provided on paper or digitally. In addition, Bateaux crew at the pier may ask for the passenger ID to match it with the Certificate. Cruises depart exclusively at the Eiffel Tower.
