Yes, our bus tours operate daily. In very rare circumstances our service might be curtailed or suspended due to city events or poor weather.

Yes –we’ll ask you to select the date you’d like to hop on the bus. If you’re touring with us for more than one day, your ticket must be used across consecutive days, and the date you select at time of booking should be the first day of your tour. Some tours also require you to select a time of travel, to guarantee your seat. If your ticket includes extras, you may also need to book additional dates & times for all elements of your ticket after your purchase is complete. See your booking confirmation email for instructions.
To redeem your ticket, please present your booking confirmation (printed or on a device) to staff at our Ticket Shop by Stop #1 (Hauptbahnhof Station, Luisenstraße 480333 München, outside Elisenhof). Staff will issue you a receipt that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity period of your ticket.
Yes. Child tickets are available for children between the ages of 5–15. Children under 5 may travel free of charge. All children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes. The person taking the tour will need to present the booking confirmation (printed or on a device) to our sales team staff at the Ticket Shop by Stop #1 (Hauptbahnhof Station). Staff will scan the QR code and present the guest with a ticket that can be used to board the tour. Tickets must be retained for hopping on the bus - please note that tickets cannot be replaced if lost.
